Do I need a credit card to sign up?+
No. The free plan is completely free, forever. You only need a card when upgrading to Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time — no penalties, no retention games. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
How do online payments work?+
Connect your Stripe account (free). Clients pay by card directly from their invoice link. Funds land in your bank within 2 business days.
Is there a transaction fee?+
Stripe's standard processing fee applies (typically 2.9% + 30¢). Faturty charges a 1% platform fee on top of Stripe for Pro plan payments.
What happens when I hit the free plan limits?+
You can still view and manage existing invoices. To send new ones, you'll need to upgrade to Pro.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings. Changes take effect immediately.
